Microsoft’s gaming business has reported an increase in quarterly revenue by 16%

Microsoft's video games division brought the company $3.6 billion for the fiscal quarter, which ended September 30. 

Xbox revenue increased by 16% over the same period last year. At the same time, the hardware segment showed the greatest growth. Thanks to the Xbox Series S/X console sales brought the company 166% more revenue. Income from the sale of content and subscriptions to services increased only by 2%.

Previously it was reported that Microsoft had projected that the number of users of the Xbox Game Pass service should increase by 47.79% between July 2020 and June 2021. However, in actuality, the audience grew by 37.48%. This was reported by the corporation in a report for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
